Q: How do I get a PIN?
A: A PIN is needed to gain access to your online invoices. To obtain a PIN you must go through the online enrollment process. Go to the login page and click on the link at the bottom of the page. This will take you to the enrollment page. Complete all fields on the enrollment page and click the "Enroll Now" button. You will then be asked to verify that all of your information is correct. Then click the "Submit" button. Your information will be reviewed by OPUBCO and an email containing your PIN will be sent to your email address.

Q: What do I need to do if I cannot remember my PIN?
A: If you have lost or forgotten your PIN, click on the link at the bottom of the Login page. You will then be asked for your billed account number and the "Mother's Maiden Name" which you entered at enrollment time. Once you have completed these fields click the "Submit" button. Your PIN will be sent to the email address you supplied at enrollment.

A: Once you have properly logged in, you can search for the invoice by any of the following criteria: related account, invoice number, and/or billing date. Enter the criteria into the fields on the left of the page and click the “Search” button below. Your search results will be displayed over to the right.

Q: How do I view an invoice if I know the invoice number?
A: If you know the invoice number you wish to view, go the login page. Enter your billed account number, select “INVOICE #” from the drop down box, and enter the invoice number in the field to the right. Then click the “Login” button. This will allow you to view that specific invoice.

Q: How do I view an invoice if I don’t know the invoice number?
A: If you do not know the invoice number, log in properly and do a search for the invoice using the criteria on the search page. To view an invoice from the search results, click on the invoice number. This will bring up your invoice.

Q: Why does the invoice not display properly?
A: If the invoice you are trying view displays incorrectly, check the version of the browser you are using. The browser needs to be version 4.0 or higher for both IE and Netscape. To check the browser version for IE, click "Help" on the menu of your browser. Then click "About Internet Explorer". To check the browser version for Netscape, click "Help" on the menu of your browser. Then click "About Navigator". For Netscape browsers make sure style sheets are enabled. Click "Edit" then "Prefernces". Select "Advanced". Check "Enable Style Sheets".
